MEETING INDIA'S FUTURE ENERGY DEMAND.
TRANSITIONING INDIA'S FUTURE ENERGY MIX.
India's objective to become a developed economy under the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision will require an integrated energy system capable of supporting industrial expansion, modern infrastructure and rising demand, while delivering on energy security and decarbonisation.
The next phase of India's energy transformation will extend far beyond capacity addition and supply diversification. Reshaping how lower-carbon energy is produced, stored, transported, managed and used within India's future energy system will require greater strategic and technical integration across energy sources, infrastructure, storage, technology, capital and consumption.
Natural gas and LNG, renewable energy, alternative fuels, energy storage and carbon management will each play a complementary role, supported by smart infrastructure, storage and conversion technologies, decarbonisation solutions and demand-side management. Connecting these pathways with advanced digital solutions, sector-coupling technologies and targeted investments will be essential to delivering reliable, competitive and increasingly lower-carbon energy.
Taking place from 27-29 April 2027 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, Future Energy India will be India's first international exhibition and conference dedicated to building this integrated energy future. The event will connect government and industry leaders, energy producers, project owners and operators, infrastructure developers, investors and key energy buyers to advance projects, build partnerships and unlock investment.
